CHURCH USES

Redeemer believes in supporting the community at all times and always wants to be a good neighbor to the people of North Kitsap. Below you will find church usage fees for wedding, funerals and other church uses.

WEDDINGS

We welcome your interest in celebrating your special day with us. Below you will find the fees for the use of our building and congregation to assist with your ceremony. If our fees present a financial hardship, please speak with Pastor Abby. We pray God’s blessings on you as you plan your special day and in your new life together!

Basic Wedding Fees
Use of the Sanctuary: $200
Wedding Coordinator: $100
The wedding coordinator's fee includes a planning meeting with the bride and groom, 2 hours for the rehearsal and 4 hours for the wedding day. With the coordinator’s consent, additional time may be available at $25 per hour.
Audio Fee: $50/$75 if needed for the rehearsal
Visual Fee: $50/$75 if needed for the rehearsal
Custodian: $75
Pastor: $300
The pastor's fee includes two meetings with the bride and groom to plan their unique ceremony as well as the pastor’s presence for the rehearsal and wedding ceremony. This fee also includes the use of Redeemer's greeting area for a simple cake-and-punch type of reception. If the wedding party would like to serve a meal, please see additional fees below. (Please note: It is possible to engage another pastor or officiate for your ceremony with the permission of our pastor.)

Our church musician is available for services and can be contacted through our wedding coordinator, or you may engage your own musician. We have a piano and electronic organ in the sanctuary. We also have the ability to play music over the sound system as well as a projection system to play video and slide shows.

More Elaborate Receptions
Wedding Reception: $100
Kitchen Coordinator: $50
Reception fees include an additional 2.5 hours of church use following the wedding ceremony. With coordinator’s consent, additional time may be available at $25 per hour. Reception must be over by 7 p.m. Saturday evenings to allow time for cleaning and set-up for Sunday mornings.
Set Up Fee: $50
The set-up fee includes the set-up and take-down of tables and seating as well as additional cleaning.

Additional Available Services
Our women’s group, “The Sunshine Ladies,” is available to help with setting up food, serving (including cutting the cake if needed) and cleaning up the kitchen for wedding receptions. For their service, they charge $100 to $200, depending on the extent of food service necessary. This fee will be applied toward the Sunshine Ladies' charitable fund, which helps the community.

MEMORIALS

We care about you and your family in this time of loss. Below you will find the fees for the use of our building and congregation to assist with your memorial service. If our fees present a financial hardship, please speak with Pastor Abby. We pray God’s blessings and care for you and your family during this most difficult of times.

Basic Memorial Fees
Use of the Sanctuary: $200
This includes a planning meeting with the pastor and 4 hours for the memorial service. It also covers the use of our greeting area for a simple cookies and coffee type reception. (If you would like to serve a meal, please see additional fees below. With the coordinator’s consent, additional time may be available at $25 per hour.)
Audio Fee: $50
Visual Fee: $50
Custodian: $75
Pastor: $200
(Please note: It is possible to engage another pastor or officiate for your memorial with the permission of our pastor.)

(Please note: It is possible to engage outside people to provide food service or catering; however, the kitchen coordinator must be present, and the fee will be applied.)

 

OTHER CHURCH USES

We welcome your interest in using our building for your community meeting or event. Below you will find the fees for the use of our building and guidelines for its use. We must charge a fee due to the additional upkeep and utilities and believe our fees are low; however, if our fees present a financial hardship, please speak with Pastor Abby. We pray God’s blessings on your group as you meet!

Church Usage Fees
Use of the Front Classroom: $50 per event
This fee includes the use of our front classroom and possibly a small amount of storage for a few things, such as a coffee pot. Group members are responsible for leaving the room just as they found it and leaving the bathroom neat when they leave. The classroom can accommodate approximately 15 to 20 people and has tables and chairs, counter space and a white board. There is not projection equipment in this room.

Use of the Back Classroom: $50 per event
This includes the use of our classroom and possibly a small amount of storage for a few things, such as a coffee pot. Group members are responsible for leaving the room just as they found it and leaving the bathroom neat when they leave. The classroom can accommodate approximately 8 to 10 people and has a table and chairs and a white board. There also is projection equipment to play a DVD in this room.

Use of the Entry Room and Kitchen: $100 per event
This includes the use of our classroom and possibly a small amount of storage for a few things, such as a coffee pot. Group members are responsible for leaving the room just as they found it and leaving the bathroom neat when they leave. The Entry Room can be set up with tables and chairs to accommodate approximately 80 people. There is not a white board nor projection equipment in this room. Arrangements must be made to have a member of the church hosting the group to guide the use of the kitchen equipment.

Use of Sanctuary: $150 per event
The sanctuary seats approximately 180 people. The fee includes the use of the sound system. There is an additional audio-video use fee; prior arrangements must be made to use the audio-video systems and are subject to availability of our volunteers to run the system. Group members are responsible for leaving the chairs set up as they found it. The use of our sanctuary must be done in a respectful way that acknowledges its primary purpose as a place of worship.
